Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mitten State Corals, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality corals. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover holding and processing costs.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds & Credits

• Refunds are issued only as store credit unless otherwise approved.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds for color variations, minor frag differences, or natural coral growth changes.
